Nature of the Site

PORTÉE is an independent, non-profit project. The site sells no tickets, collects no commission from the ticketing platforms to which it links, and accepts no paid promotion of any kind.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and its database by Supabase Inc. These service providers may process data outside Quebec (see the privacy policy).

Intellectual Property

The name PORTÉE, its visual identity, the site structure, and signed editorial texts remain the property of their author. Posters, photographs, and descriptions provided by organizers remain the property of their respective rights holders and are displayed with their permission (see the terms of use).

Reporting an Error or Requesting Removal

Any request for correction or removal of content may be submitted through the contact form or sent to info@porteemtl.ca. Removal requests originating from a rights holder are given priority treatment.
