Submitted content

By submitting a poster, photo, or text to PORTÉE, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights to that content and grant PORTÉE a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site and its distribution channels.

Removal upon request

Any rights holder may request the removal of content via the contact page. PORTÉE handles such requests promptly.

Accuracy of information

Published information (dates, venues, prices…) comes from organizers or third-party sources. PORTÉE makes an effort to verify it but cannot guarantee its accuracy in all circumstances — check with the organizer before attending.

Right of editorial refusal

PORTÉE reserves the right to refuse or remove content contrary to its editorial charter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec.
