What PORTÉE does, and won't do — no exceptions.

No paid placement

An editorial selection may exist, but it is signed and free. Visibility is not for sale.

No profiling, no algorithmic recommendation

PORTÉE remembers how you like to view the calendar (your chosen view), never what you're allowed to see. The goal is discovery, not a filter bubble. No advertising trackers.

Mandatory double validation

A listing extracted automatically from a poster is never published as-is: the organizer checks it, then PORTÉE moderates it. No automatic publication.

Equal treatment

Major institutions are not featured over independents — the same rank for everyone, just a "Main stage" badge where that applies, nothing more.

Musicological rigour

PORTÉE never invents a missing detail — no key, no opus number, no year. An empty field beats a wrong one.

What we don't collect

No visitor accounts, no advertising cookies, no profiling. See the privacy policy for what's actually collected (very little).
